New Job

The new job is going, which is why I haven’t had a lot of time to blog lately despite the flurry of ideas I’ve had. I haven’t even really had much time to spend with Sandro with my new “schedule” (they want me to see what every shift is like with them, so I’ve been on the road during all shifts). I finally get a few days off coming up, or so it seems.

It’s been hard not seeing Sandro as much as I used to, which wasn’t enough as far as I’m concerned. I’m happy that he understands that I’m settling in at my new job but I wish I could give him more time.

The new set of co-workers, which I haven’t completely met yet, seem pretty squared away. We’re in a period of growth right now, so there’s some disorganization and expansion, but that’s to be expected and seems to be on an upward slope.

    Cool.. I was just walking home thinking that I hadn’t heard what you’ve been upto in a while.. Glad to know it is going.. Any arrow on how well it is going?

    I think it’s going pretty well, Nick. I’ve seemed to fit in well with most of the guys. A few know I’m gay but that doesn’t matter when shit hits the fan.

    Good to hear! I hope you will settle in soon so you will have more time to do other things. But from what you’ve written this does not seem to be a problem.
