T-Mobile Wing, Week 1

Today marks my first week with the T-Mobile Wing. Because the T-Mobile Dash (the smartphone I gave up in order to pack the Wing) was the best phone I have ever carried, the Wing had a lot to stand up too. The Dash had the best one-handed operation, which is great while you’re walking, driving, or otherwise occupied. Changing to the touch screen on the Wing sounded a bit more involved, having to tap-tap-tap in order to do something that took a few button presses on the Dash, but overall I’m pleased with the Wing.

Spb Mobile Shell helps to make the Today screen better for me, mainly with the Photo Speed Dial function. I tried to make it so that I can get to my most useful functions (mainly those I call the most often, the programs I use often, and those I need to get to quickly while driving).

All in all, I’m happy with the change. Spb only made a few Smartphone apps so never really used any of their programs until now. Spb Insight, Spb Finance, and Spb Mobile Shell are all awesome programs. The only issues I have with it so far is not being able to wait more than a week to drop my new phone and an occasional soft reset because it is “out of memory” even though no programs are running.
